Q2.How do team owners place bids during the auction?
The auction operator opens the Bidoo bidding console on a laptop or phone. Team owners can raise bids verbally in the room or bid directly from their mobile phones while the operator locks in bids with one click.
Q3.Can I project the auction on a big screen in the hall?
Absolutely! Bidoo includes a dedicated Big Screen Projector mode with 6 color themes (including high-contrast Dark Stadium mode). Simply connect a laptop to your projector or TV screen via HDMI and open the projector link.
Q4.Can people outside the venue watch the auction live?
Yes. Every auction event gets a shareable Spectator Link (e.g. bidoo.in/spectator/your-event). Anyone opening this link on their phone browser gets real-time updates as players are sold, outbid, or sent to re-auction.
Q5.What happens if the operator makes a wrong bid by mistake?
Bidoo features a one-click Undo button right on the console bid history stack. Tapping Undo instantly reverts to the previous valid bid without breaking the lot flow or corrupting team purses.
Q6.How does player self-registration work?
You can share your tournament’s public registration link on WhatsApp. Players enter their details, batting/bowling style, and upload payment receipts. The organizer reviews registrations in an approve/reject queue before the auction starts.
Q7.Can I export squad rosters after the auction ends?
Yes! Bidoo allows instant download of full team squad lists, final purse balances, unsold player lists, and financial summaries in CSV and printable PDF formats.
Q8.Can I stream the auction live on YouTube or Facebook?
Yes! Pro tier users get access to our OBS / Stream Overlay mode, which provides a transparent broadcast overlay graphics layer for OBS Studio, vMix, or StreamYard.
